Web Design Survey 2007
If you are a Web Designer/Developer and haven’t already done so, take a little time out of your day to take the Web Design Survey being done by the fine folks over at A List Apart.
Designers, developers, project managers. Writers and editors. Information architects and usability specialists. People who make websites have been at it for more than a dozen years, yet almost nothing is known, statistically, about our profession. Who are we? Where do we live? What are our titles, our skills, our educational backgrounds? Where and with whom do we work? What do we earn? What do we value?
So help boost respect for the profession by participating in A List Apart’s first annual Web Design Survey.

I filled it out a bunch of days ago, and was really surprised by how detailed some of the questions were. I’m interested, but only “kinda” interested to see the results.
Let’s face it, the type of people reading ALA probably aren’t “average” web designers ;)
I would agree with Derek – I am anxious to see the results, just not sure how much weight they will have. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Yeah, I know some of the questions may not really be geared towards the average web designer, but I suppose since it’s the first time they are doing it, there is room for improvement. I’m sure next year’s will be better.
